I believe that the struggles that entrepreneurship entails makes you a stronger person. I started this as a middle schooler as a computer and movile device repair service in South Jersey. Ever since then, I've been getting a good amount of customers in the area. I'm currently working to expand in the Central Jersey area. Today, and in the future, I am working on not only expanding my services, but to create new technologies.
NLC Support is 3 year old business that brings support to families and individuals who need development disability services. My main focus is to assist in creating plans for the state of NJ, but I am also hired by the company to assist in scaling the business as well as integrating practical technologies to increase efficiency. This includes adding functionality to their website, web apps/design, IT related issues, and more.
Known as one of the largest residential painting companies stationed at Irvine, CA, this internship provided entrepreneurial experience to run a business. I was selected out of 10,000+ applicants in the nation. I had full control of a branch in the company which allowed me to design and implement my own marketing plan. I hired, trained, and managed employees for production and managed payroll. Over $50,000 was produced in revenue in the time I have interned here.
As a help desk consultant, I answered phone calls and provided quality customer service to those who had issues with networking or technology issues in the university. This included new students and staff around the university that ranged from simple problems such as password resets to troubleshooting internet blackouts.
